Two Types of Sweat
Your eccrine glands handle cooling — thin, watery, high volume, no smell. Your apocrine glands are the ones that matter. Concentrated in your underarms, chest, and groin, they activate under physical stress and release a thick fluid loaded with proteins and lipids. Bacteria feed on it. That’s where odor, irritation, and buildup come from.

Why Athletes Need Different
Trained athletes sweat earlier, harder, and longer than everyone else. Your body rewired itself to cool faster — and no standard grooming product was built to keep up with that output. They break down under moisture. They irritate under friction. They quit mid-session. You don’t get to do that. Neither should they.

The Problem With “Natural”
