SHIPPING POLICY

WHERE WE SHIP

United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. We don't ship internationally yet.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders ship the next business day (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM PT on Friday ship Monday.

DELIVERY TIME

Standard shipping via USPS typically arrives in 3–6 business days after it ships. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order leaves our hands.

SHIPPING RATES

- One-time orders under $39.95: $8.00 flat
- One-time orders $39.95 and up: Free
- Performance Club orders $30 and up: Free
- Performance Club orders under $30: $8.00 flat

Rates and thresholds are shown at checkout before you pay. Discount codes may change which threshold an order falls into.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Email welcome@kellemen.com immediately with your order number. We can update the address until the label prints; after that, we'll help you work with the carrier.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If tracking shows no movement for 7 days, or shows delivered but you don't have it, email us. We'll open a carrier inquiry and send a replacement or refund if the package can't be located.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

See our Refund Policy — we replace or refund damaged orders at no cost.
